We coordinate your wedding day, handling everything until the end, including packing personal items and light cleanup. This service is perfect for couples who want to manage most details but need occasional assistance or do not live locally.

This service includes everything from our Wedding Day Coordination, but we start four months before your big day to help with final details. This includes reviewing vendor contracts, twelve hours of coordination on the day, dressing your reception tables, packing up your personal items, and departing after your grand exit with a sparkler send-off.

This basic package is perfect for couples needing minimal planning help but wanting professional oversight on the wedding day. We provide a walkthrough of your event space, create a detailed timeline, coordinate with all vendors, set up and style wedding elements, and manage the rehearsal. On the day, we ensure everything runs smoothly, confirm vendor details, set up ceremony and reception sites, organize the processional, and cue musicians and officiant. We offer ten hours of service, leaving at open dance.
